Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

The breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂

The room is very clean, but it's hard to find. The bathroom is very small, with few toiletries, no toothbrush or toothpaste, only shampoo and soap. But it's very safe, there's a security guard downstairs watching the surveillance all the time. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan. When you check in, you just need to find the key. It's very suitable for us. It's also very close to impact, just over ten minutes' walk. It's more than 100 yuan a night, much cheaper than Ibis. I'll come again next time😃

The accommodation is very good. For those who are going to do business at the Ministry of Public Health + have a private car, it's very good. There is a parking lot. In the morning, just drive straight to do business easily. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. There is food for sale in the morning because it is next to the factory. It is quiet. The air is clear. If you need to do laundry, there is a coin-operated washing machine. Safe. The staff is lovely.

Good service, spacious room, reasonable price, bottled water, instant coffee, hot water kettle, refrigerator so cold that drinking water becomes ice 555 There are slippers to wear in the room, hangers, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, everything, very clean sink, very clean shower room. The owner is very kind, but the room is not soundproof because I can hear people talking at 2-3 am. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay again.

Good accommodation, comfortable, lots of amenities, although the entrance to the building is a bit scary. But everything is very okay. Walking to see a concert at Impact is very easy and comfortable. I've gone to sleep many times. Near 7-Eleven, near Amazon, very easy to find food to eat. If the room is available, you can check in early as well. Very impressed.

It's okay, overall good. The staffs are okay, all of them speak nicely. You can use a card instead of a cash deposit. The room is clean, no noise from other rooms that disturb you at all. The only exception might be that it's next to a main road, so there's some traffic noise, which is normal. Personally, I don't have a problem with this because it's very minor. Score 9/10

Very satisfied. Front desk service and room service are very good. Quiet, clean, convenient, good value for money. The cold drink room at the door is also very good. I will choose it again next time.

I have lived here for a long time. It is very convenient to eat, live and travel here. The price is cheap and the service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are markets nearby, and there are many delicious foods to choose from in the morning and in the evening!
