Clean, not far from Hakata, about 1 km. If you want to walk around the city in the morning, it's comfortable. Convenient for families or many friends, good bed, plenty of power outlets. We booked a room for 5 people, comfortable. The room has plates, bowls, a good kitchen, washing machine, dryer with built-in machine.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed. The interior decor was beautiful, and the lights were adjustable from all angles, allowing me to dim them if I wanted to sleep. Meals were served at the large wet bar, and drawers contained plates, cups, and other supplies, perfect for preparing meals at home. There's a large supermarket downstairs, stocked with daily necessities, cosmetics, and more. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the subway. During check-in, I encountered a language barrier, but Ctrip intervened and promptly contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, ensuring a smooth check-in. Check-out was also very convenient. Overall, the hotel was excellent.
The room was very clean. The large bed could comfortably sleep three people, and with additional floor mattresses and a sofa bed, it's really ideal for families traveling with children. The shampoo provided was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with both a local supermarket and a 7-Eleven nearby. On our check-in day, we weren't sure how to use the registration system. The customer service was incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding us step-by-step over the phone until we were finally inside our room.
The first room I was allocated had an extremely strong fish smell. It was so bad I felt like throwing up. The room condition was also quite bad. Contacted customer service by email and they gave me another room, which had no smell and was in much better condition. They were quick to respond. But be aware that some of the rooms seem to be more newly renovated and some are quite old. Hotel is in a good location, but a bit off the main road. Requires a bit of a walk. Good amenities in the room with a washing machine and various other things. Bathrooms are nice.
The hotel is not staffed at all. There is no check in desk and no one to help you if you have any problems. You can only email or call customer service. The tablet at the front door for checking in and out often has connection problems. And you can’t check in before 3pm. There is no luggage storage.
1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city...
2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store
3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station.
4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather
5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it.
But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶
6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets.
So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end......
The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet)
Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock.
All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.

Everything is good, the apartment is new, the facilities are complete and clean, and the soundproofing is also OK. There is a big 711 next to it.
There are two points worth noting:
○ Check-in time is strictly at 16:00, not even a minute earlier, so it is recommended that you do not arrive early.
○ The river view is beautiful, but this location is not far from Hakata Station and Tenjin. I really don't want to walk more than a kilometer in summer. It takes more than 500 to 600 meters to take the bus or subway to the station. A bit embarrassing. It is more suitable for staying when the weather is pleasant, but if you drive or charter a car, you don't have to consider this.
Overall, it is still very good, recommended!
The room was filled with an unpleasant smell from the drain, and although there was a deodorizing spray installed, it was ineffective and I couldn't sleep. It was awful.

There is such a large space in southern Japan, the best thing is that the bathtub is oversized! And it is super close to the house, Xiaojin will be super close to ~~~ space is large enough to open 6 suitcases.

I walked about 10 minutes from Hakata Station and saw a few bars around. There are a lot of things to eat at the supermarket nearby, so I stopped by on my way out and bought some snacks. You could hear the train noise a little, but it wasn't enough to bother you. The facilities were very good, and it was much larger than other places, so I could rest comfortably. Non-face-to-face check-in requires a video call at the end, so you'll need to be prepared for a simple conversation. ^^ They gave me 5 entrance passwords, but I just had to press 4 to enter.

The room was great, with all the necessary pots and pans, and the bed was big.
The location was a little far but within walking distance.
I encountered a small problem during the trip and called customer service and got a response immediately.
You need to prepare cash to pay the accommodation tax of 200 yen/person. Check-in is to put it in the box after talking to the receipt

愛愛旅行的上班族The hotel adopts a self-service check-in method. You will receive the passwords for the door and room in your mailbox 2 days before your trip, as well as the guest information that you logged in in advance when you check in. After completing it in advance, you can check in quickly! We are 5 people staying in the room. The size of the room is very suitable. There is a kitchen, washing machine, and detergent. It is very considerate. The clothes can be dried on the balcony in one day! Although there is no cleaning service, we can use the vacuum cleaner in the room to simply vacuum the floor, and it can be clean! The night view of the canal on the balcony at night is very romantic, and the morning breeze on the balcony in the morning is very comfortable. The canal is clean and has a holiday atmosphere! Check-out is 10:00, one hour earlier than ordinary hotels, and it will automatically remind you! This is a rule to pay attention to! Otherwise, you will be fined!
GGuest UserThis apartment is located very near to Fukuoka airport. The size of the apartment is big and it is very clean. However it is located on the side of the main Road and there is no sound insulation. At night, the traffic sounds disturb sleeping and it feels like you are sleeping on the road.
GGuest UserSize of the room is good enough for a family. Convenient location to have family mark, local restaurants and pharmacy around. Keyless room door access is amazing, I don’t have to worry my key card while going out.
But we have difficulty to get into the main entrance without any password on our 1st day arrival. It made us sooo confusing that there has no front desk. Still wondering why I didn’t receive any email or msg before the check in date. Luckily one of the Japanese couple help us to solve while they passed by.
A bit strange but never expected I have to pay extra 200yen per person before check in from a machine. Still don’t understand why we don’t have any notice before booking but on arrival.
Wish all that can help the hotel to improve better in future.

GGuest UserFasilitas lengkap sekali ada mesin cuci dan dapur yang sangat memudahkan sehari hari. Tapi untuk kebersihan ada sedikit bagian yang kotor. Tapi worth it
GGuest UserWhile the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the subway/bus station, the surrounding area is very quiet and clean. There's also parking available, which is handy for those with a rental car. The room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped, exactly as pictured. It offers self-check-in/check-out. Just a note: the door lock isn't an automatic electronic one, so be sure to follow the instructions carefully to open it successfully 😂.
RRyan JArtGreat bargain for a hotel for people who just need to catch some sleep in between busy days. You have to do practically everything yourself, but for the price it’s a deal. One great surprise was there was a washing machine. Of course you have to know a bit of Japanese to use it (Google translate), but I was able to even do a quick wash of yesterday’s sweaty clothes. You get your typical toothbrush, comb, towels, and robes. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was clean and expectedly small. I’d definitely stay again.
WWahahaleheheThe location is decent, and parking is convenient. However, the carpet was quite dirty, and charging devices was a hassle. The bathtub was also quite small, though the water pressure was excellent. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook our own meals with fresh ingredients. Overall, it's economical and offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a homestay.
MMAYOTONGThere aren't many detailed reviews, so I'm writing this in case it's helpful.
* It's spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it's not that great.
* There are no amenities other than shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. They say you can buy them, but I didn't look for them.
* They say they don't change bedding or towels during your stay. There are plenty of towels.
* The microwave and coffee pot are poorly maintained.
* The beds are so hard. The squeaky spring beds are worse than cheap motels.
The subway station where you can catch the airport line is a 10-minute walk.
The concert hall is about a 12-minute walk.
There's a convenience store and the location is great, so it might be a good choice for those who aren't too sensitive or want a spacious room.
There's a lot of dust and spills on the floor, so if you're going to use a desk, it'd be better to use something to sit on.
