I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautiful, with stunning views that made my stay even more enjoyable. Inside the hotel, it’s absolutely gorgeous as well, with a lovely ambiance and attention to detail. I arrived late, but Maggie (I believe that was her name) was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The hotel is situated in a breathtaking area, with easy access to transportation. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even added an extra day to stay longer. I can’t wait to visit again for an even longer stay. Highly recommend!

It is better to talk about the homestay directly than the apartment, which is unexpectedly good. I was very angry because I couldn't find a parking space, and I thought about giving a bad review. But when I entered the room, this price can't pass the conscience of a bad review. It is not an exaggeration to say that all chain hotels are crushed. The area is large and clean. The toilet is comfortable to look at. The facilities are very careful. Hisense water heater, Xiaomi TV, Gree air conditioner, lying on the bed and watching this big screen is very enjoyable. The view of the room is good, the location is good, opposite the university, Next to the food street, it can be said that except for no parking space, it is perfect! Because in the community, parking spaces need to be found at the door of the bottom business outside the community. First come first served. If you come to dinner, it is difficult to park, but there is no parking fee! Overall, I am very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to come to Fushun in the future, I will definitely stay here.

We booked Fraser Suites as the earlier hotel we booked did not met our expectations. We were glad that we found Fraser Suites on trip.com as it did not disappoint. The executive 2 room that we booked was super spacious and the family loves it. The beds were comfortable. As the hotel was just beside a mall, line 2 subway, it was super convenient. There is also a 24 hour Lawson convenience shop. My little boy caught a fever on the third day. We approached the front desk in the morning and Ms Doris Gao helped us to order some medication and got it delivered to us in time. She was very helpful and also checked in with us on my little boy condition. We would also like to thank Aunty Amy Jiang who helped us kept the room clean and nice everyday. We appreciated her attentiveness very much. All in all, glad to have found Fraser Suites Dalian. We will book this hotel again when we visit Dalian next summer.

The location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need.

Big room, with washing machine / dryer inside the room. It is conveniently located near 太原街. There is an underground shopping area where clothing shopping and nail parlours are located. One will also be spoilt with food choices within that location. Walking to Shenyang train station is approx. 12 to 15 minutes.

This room is so clean and very cute with an amazing seaview. It's walking distance to Little Venice and Galleria Mall. The reception is also friendly and very helpful

I took my daughter to take the exam at Chongshan Campus of Liaoning University. I chose this hotel because it was relatively close. It is a duplex apartment hotel and the price is very affordable. To be honest, I didn't expect the price. The facilities, environment and sanitation are quite good, and the service is very good. Not to mention, the beauty is so young and I don’t know if she is the boss. She is very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. Apart from the air conditioner making noise like strong wind, this room is very good, but it does not affect my sleep. I am very satisfied with the price. I'm satisfied. The important thing is that my daughter didn't find any faults. She is usually very perfectionistic and has a lot of things to do😅I will stay there again when I have the opportunity to go to Shenyang again.

I didn't meet with the landlord throughout the whole process, but the WeChat communication was very timely. The location of the community was a bit difficult to find. It was very convenient to get in and out. The living room projection was very comfortable. There is also a refrigerator, suitable for a few more days to play.
