The room is very clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm, not as stiff as traditional hotels. After strolling in the evening, I came back and closed the curtains, ate supper and watched a movie, and nestled comfortably on the sofa. The self-service check-in is very friendly to people with social phobia 😁, saving the tediousness of going to the front desk to check in. ps: What is surprising is that it is equipped with a disposable toilet cover, which is very detailed and warm! Thumbs up!!! I will come again next time if I have the chance!

Great place to stay. Just beside the mall and easy to get taxi in front of the apartment. However we were not able to use the kitchen especially microwave as it was quite dirty. The utensils have black stains, we were afraid it might fell off into our food. So we end up using kettle only and ordered food delivery. The check in and check out process were smooth. We had a great view of dragon tower from our apartment. Overall it was a good experience and worth the price. Will come back!

This was the perfect place for us while on a first time one week holiday in Harbin. The host was very friendly and accommodating who made us feel at home. The apartment was very cosy and had an amazing wide window view. It was also very quiet and had very warm heating coming up from the floor throughout our stay. The location is very central with 24hour mini marts and two shopping plazas downstairs. Songhei Commercial Plaza also has a supermarket where one can buy fruits, dairy, etc. for daily use. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and treated us very personally, supporting us with our personal issues and plans. Definitely coming back to stay here again.

I have lived twice, the first time the network in the house is intermittent, this time I want to upgrade and try again, the network is really easy to use, the bed is a spring bed, you can feel the spring below when you turn over! Of course, there is nothing wrong with sleeping in Harbin in winter, couples should bring knee protection!

This hotel is really great. The room is very clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. When I went to the front desk to check in, I came across a heart-warming thing. I saw that there is a Northeast Wuchang specially prepared for the little potatoes from the south. The rice was really warmed. Although I am from the Northeast, I was warmed by this move. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and had a very good attitude. I had already boarded the high-speed rail and thought something was left behind. In the room, he patiently communicated with the housekeeper and helped me find something. Finally, he found it in my luggage. Hahaha, but thank you. I will come to your house again if I have the opportunity to come to Harbin in the future.

The price is reasonable. It is worth staying in Harbin in this season. You can see the scenery of Harbin West Railway Station. It is very suitable for friends who arrive late. The room is spacious and bright, with washing machines and detergent, and is close to the subway station. However, one waitress didn't understand what ”check out” meant, and instead of asking, she chose to be quiet and make excuses saying she was busy to fool the guests. Basic English still needs to be learned. International standards need to be improved.

The room was beyond my expectation. I thought I would give it a try after seeing some reviews. After all, the decoration attracted me so much. There is basically nothing wrong with it at this price. There is also a sauna room (steaming for fifteen minutes and then drinking a glass of iced drink is so comfortable). There are free drinks in the room. The balcony is opposite the exhibition center. Don't miss this place if you come to watch a concert. The only small thing is that the dining table is small, which has covered the atmosphere! The boss lady is very kind! She also gave a small cake 🧁
