Check in and out was quick. Location of the hotel is in a residential area and connected to a mall. There are lots of eateries around. What we didn't fancy about this hotel is the entrance of the hotel is not facing the main road and is a walk from the entrance. The apartment doesn't come with plates and utensils but we can get it by calling the receptionist. We like that the robot will deliver our food delivery to our room hence we didn't have to go down to collect.

The hotel is not far from the subway station. There is a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. The room is quite clean. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, disposable towels, and slippers are also provided. Friends who stayed here this time agreed. satisfy.

The hotel's space design is eye-catching. The upper and lower floors are designed to cleverly divide the rest area and activity area, which not only ensures privacy, but also adds to the fun of the space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow sunlight and scenery to flow into the room without reservation, creating a spacious and bright living environment. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Lying on the bed, fatigue swept away. The silence of the night and the first ray of sunshine in the morning are both so beautiful! The hotel staff's service is attentive and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every step makes people feel warm. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel like home. This loft apartment hotel was undoubtedly a highlight of my trip. It not only provided a comfortable accommodation experience, but also made me feel the fashion and vitality of city life. Looking forward to staying again next time and continuing to explore the beauty of this city

If you’re looking for an incredible stay in Guangzhou, especially as a solo female traveler, Guangdong Mansion is hands-down the best choice. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The amenities here are top-notch, covering all the essentials you’d need for a stress-free stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’re beyond friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. Despite any language barriers, the staff will go above and beyond to help, spending as much time as it takes to make sure your questions are answered or your issues are resolved. Special shout-out to Eliane Li, who went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed—she’s truly a gem and one of the most helpful people I’ve met on my travels! As a solo traveler, it was reassuring to have the staff’s guidance on navigating Guangzhou. They’ll suggest routes, explain subway lines and stations, and give you a thorough run-down on how to get around. Their knowledge of the area is impressive, and they make sure you feel confident moving around, which is invaluable in a new city. The location is convenient but can be a bit tricky to find at first. A tip: look for landmarks like McDonald's, Chagee, and Petro Pizza; the elevator to Guangdong Mansion is right next to Petro Pizza. Once you know the way, it’s easy to access, and it’s a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the city. In short, this is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits. The hospitality, attention to detail, and care from the staff make it an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended! Thank you Eliane Li again for helping me that is something I can never forget. I came to Guangzhou with my friends and booked this apartment. The apartment is close to the Guangzhou Tower, with convenient transportation and good location. It is right in the city center. The room is quite large, about 40 square meters. The room is clean and hygienic, with large space, comfortable living, and good service attitude. You can add the front desk WeChat before checking in, and you can consult her at any time if you have any questions about the room. The next day, I checked out and went to Tianhe City and Zhengjia Plaza with my friends. The luggage can also be stored at the front desk.

I had a fantastic experience. The room I booked offered a breathtaking view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. I appreciated the inclusion of a fridge and washing machine, which made my stay even more convenient. This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. First of all I want to tell that it is new, modern and very clean. There are big rooms( in China it is rare) extremely comfortable and big bed! Good district, you can find big Mall in 5 min with grocery and all other goods! Metro station is in 5 min also!! If you want to stay in non touristic place with really high quality apartment you should stay here!!! In addition I want to tell about the staff! This family is so hospitable and welcoming that you feel yourself always like at home☺️ They helped us with all deliveries (we don’t know Chinese), with printing docs. Last time we forgot our bag at hotel and they sent it to us with courier!!!!!! Thank you so much for it!!!🫰🏽🫰🏽❤️❤️❤️ Дорогие друзья! Если вы ищете жилье вне туристического района и центра города, я очень рекомендую данные апартаменты! Во-первых, они новые и не обшарпанные. Большие просторные комнаты с большими окнами и кухонным уголком! Есть стиральная машина. Район уютный, спальный. Здесь живут именно местные жители, не приезжие из других провинций. В 5ти минутах огромный торговый центр с продуктовым гипермаркетом и одеждой и техникой, там есть даже кино. Также в 5ти минутах метро. До аэропорта 20 минут на метро буквально несколько станций☺️☺️ Теперь отдельно про Стафф!! Отель держит очень милая семья. Муж с женой и дочкой. Они нам помогали в течение всего времени нашего пребывания! Начиная от того, что разговаривали со всеми курьерами( так как мы не знаем китайский), до печатания документов. Мы оставляли свои вещи на 2 недели отъезда, а в последний раз забыли рюкзак, и они нам отправили его курьером! Если бы мы не зависели от местоположения нашей учебы, мы бы с огромным удовольствием жили бы в этом месте! Спасибо Вам за такой уют и заботу! Мы чувствовали себя, как дома!

We had a very pleasant stay in this service apartment. Though the apartment seemed a hit dated, it was sufficiently cosy and we thought the location was great. It was directly above the train station, so we could go anywhere easily, and there were also convenience stores and late night food options in the area (the skewer串store below is really good). The room also had a washer dryer machine so we were able to do our laundry overnight and it dried quickly. The room might be a bit confusing to get to, but generally felt the area was quiet and safe. Shoutout to S&L 陈玉who was very responsive over WeChat even before we checked in, responding to our queries and giving us detialed instructions on how to get to the lobby. My wife actually left a couple of items in the room, and 陈玉 helped us to deliver it to our next hotel very promptly. Would stay again!
