Really lovely hotel! Having tried other hotels in HK,
this one definitely comes up at the top of my list and I will be staying here in the future when I come back. Great location in Wan Chai. MTR, shopping and great food is nearby. Central and Admiralty are a short walk away. For the price it’s great. The rooms are beautiful and so spacious! Not like other hotel sizes I’ve seen in HK which are normally cramped. The staff were really helpful too and kindly upgraded me to an amazing and cutely decorated room with a lovely view. I appreciate it, thank you. I’ll be back!

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket.
Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool!
Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things!
Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

Regrettably, our family endured a series of unpleasant stay during the New Year countdown at this apartment hotel. We deliberately chose this hotel for its renowned artistry and exceptional artistic offerings. With its esteemed status as a luxury hotel, our expectations were set high not only for the hotel's architectural and craftsmanship standards, but also for its service quality. Alas, our experience left much to be desired, as the hotel felt more like an apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel.
Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell well below our expectations. The check-in procedure was notably slow, and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our luggage before having to remind the staff.
The duty manager exhibited a disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy while addressing our inquiries regarding our booking. He drew incorrect conclusions from our outward appearance, causing us to feel offended.
We noticed a lack of attention to detail, such as the inconveniently placed buttons for the curtains and blinds. For instance, the button to close the bathroom blind was inconveniently hidden inside the bathroom cabinet, it hard to find for the first time which we have to contact the staff for help. Also the shower door cannot close properly during our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that certain bathroom amenities came with an additional charge.
The journey from the lobby to our hotel room proved to be quite perplexing for first-time guests. The process involved taking a lift to the 10th floor, navigating through the 10th-floor area, and then taking another lift to reach our room.
The breakfast is served at level 10, the only cafe restaurant within this apartment. The breakfast is à la carte set menu instead of buffet style, priced at approximately $200 HK dollars per set.
As one of the priciest hotels in Hong Kong, it is challenging to justify the steep costs associated with staying here. Other hotels in the vicinity offer superior views and service, such as the Regent and Peninsula. It is difficult to pinpoint any distinctive features or experiences that would validate the considerable expense.

The first place I stayed in was smelly of cigarettes. The lady who cleaned it was nice and tried her best to get rid of the smoke for me. But eventually, they gave me another room that was way better than the first. It wasn't their fault because the previous guest had been smoking in the room since it had a no-smoking sign. Overall, it was a decent stay except for the smelly room experience.

Booked a quadruple room for a family of four and I would say it’s value for money for the amount we paid, which included a nice breakfast. Location is convenient, helped by the regular free shuttle buses which go to either Hong Kong station or to Causeway Bay. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean with the daily housekeeping. Breakfast is really busy during peak hours but the staff are extremely patient and friendly to ensure all guests have an enjoyable meal. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or even to fellow Singaporeans, because we love good vale hotel deals!

Stayed for one night at the end of our trip just to do something a little extra special. Was not let down in any aspect except for our bath plug didn’t work 100% so it was making a constant draining noise and took away the ability to relax. Ozone was exceptional and the best experience in the hotel, which was made extra special by the staff (especially the guest experience manager Adam) and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was the one area of the whole hotel that I felt you could really let your hair down and just be you!!

Mmiltonhong216I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!

CCarlaOur stay at this hotel was incredible! We spent New Year's in Hong Kong and stayed in the City View Family Suite. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for three people. The location is unbeatable on a quiet residential street that's perfect for exploring the city. It's just a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a tram right on the same street that takes you directly to the Peak Tram.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the team kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

AAnonymous UserJordan Comfort Inn is so good. It is a budget friendly hotel. The Front desk Hongkong ladies are accomodating and kind, you can leave your luggages if you arrive there early. Just make sure to download google voice translate in playstore so you will understand each other. By the way I am a Filipino.
The location is very good and not overcrowded.
It has 3 elevator lifts.
It very near to Jordan MTR station and to 7/11, and other cheap but amazing grocery store ”Welcome” and KFC ( try the egg tart at KFC and you will love it)
This hotel provide clean and comfortable bed, pillows and blankets, shampoo, liquid soap, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste ,blower for hair, drawer, hot/ cold water, Ac and tv with local stations and the drawer is equip with usb charging outlet.
They also provide electronic card key for your room & you can bring it anywhere if you will go sight seeing and they have security guard in ground floor for you to be safe.
They also change the towels and maintain cleanliness in your room. We will definitely come back again here. Thank You Jordan Comfort Inn and Trip.com :)

GGuest UserAfter two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.
In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross.
What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.
If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere.
GGuest Useri have stayed in Hong Kong since 2018 and most of time i stayed in Hotel or Serviced Apartment. it was my first time staying in the Mercury Hotel and i only planned to stay few days and look for other places to stay. However, i dont think I can find anything better then this place in terms of size, price, cleaness, comforts and privacy. you will be amazed by the size of the room and how well they are maintained.
Staffs are overall very friendly and they are 24 hours available. Especially there is one memeber of management staff name Alan and he handles all the matter with a good attitude and always willing to help.
there are washing and dryers and you can use them 24/7
Internet : Very fasst.
all the rooms have 2 tvs.
i confidently recommand the Mercury

AAnonymous UserThe room is very spacious. The price has increased slightly during the New Year. The service attitude is very good. The front desk is not big but the service staff are very responsible and will try their best to meet your requirements.
The workbench is large and comfortable to work on, and charging is quite fast, but there is no USB plug, and there is no plug at the bedside, so you need to charge it with a three-pin plug under the TV/workbench.
Basically all daily necessities are provided in the room, including all cooking utensils and a microwave, which is very convenient and you can cook for yourself.
The bed is big and comfortable, the hygiene is good, the toilet has hot water for washing hands/showering 24 hours a day, the water pressure is very good, and there are 2 wash basins👍🏼
Lots of storage space, lots of cabinets and drawers 😂 Very satisfied overall
You can walk to the overpass to the exhibition center and the subway station within 5 minutes of going downstairs. There are so many restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to worry at all.
