Ulasan Vientiane Mekong Hotel

Service good. Room smelled and needed to open the patio door. Chinese buffet weak, coffee instant.....

I am very much pissed off with the location and the name. Here it’s mentioned Vientiane Mekong Hotel, there at Hotel key card it’s Vientiane Prime Boutique Hotel, totally diff. When I wanna book cab to reach there and I google the name it’s going to different place, secondly I show the building as per trip.com hotel exterior to cab driver and he identified as Chinese hotel , finally once I reached staff is not welcoming and taking photo of my booking and ID on her handphone , nothing systematic. I booked the room with terrace but end up nothing just normal room, noisy coming from drop off point and wanted to ask operator so I ring them , literally never picked up. When I checking out in morning the front desk writing the details in note book, seriously? And he run to me again and asking if I paid already for room. It was hell experience. I don’t recommend

The hotel is not too far from the airport and also quite near to the Lao-China train station. But the shopping center nearby was quite localised... The room is big and clean, with good facilities & nice shampoo & shower, but the phone didn't work & I couldn't contact the front desk. The hotel restaurant is quite nice and the bbq food is good. There was supposed to be a gym, but it's not ready. The rooftop pool was also empty because it was so hot. The staff speak Mandarin Chinese, so I could arrange separate transport to the railway station in the early morning.

房間乾淨，服務態度很好，免費接送機，早上5：30去機場，還準備了打包早餐！二樓中餐廳飯菜份量很足，味道也不錯😊

有中文服務，前台還幫我們叫出租車，很貼心

位置：出行便利，位置好，停車場也是免費的 環境：酒店整體裝潢別緻，大廳寬敞明亮，公區休息區很多，設施齊全！有健身房和空中泳池！ 服務：酒店前台服務員和樓層服務員都很禮貌，且服務周到！

房間非常好住，衞生環境很好，前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務態度也是非常好，樓頂還有游泳池，非常好的一家酒店，滿分10分的話我給100分！非常推薦過來住！

출장으로 2박 3일 머물기 적당한거 같습니다 업체 위치가 Asean Mall 이라 걸어가기도 나쁘지 않은 거리에 있습니다 가격도 저렴한편이고 시설도 나쁘지 않습니다

酒店裝修很好，設備也很齊全，都是按照高檔酒店設備配置，很喜歡樓頂的泳池和酒吧。在酒店還能看到一部分湄公河，風景很不錯

최악의호텔이다 시내권에서 너무나멀고 현지택시기사들조차도 호텔을찾아헤멘다 탱큐.쏘리밖에모르는나와도 대화가안된다 그들이탱큐.쏘리를못알아듣는다 오직 중국인을위한 숙소이다 외국인은 중국인하고내가유일하다 아침식사역시도최악이다 국수외엔 계란 스크럼플은고사하고 후라이도없다 하다못해토스트먹을식빵한조각도없다 밥도없는날이있었다 난 아침을잘먹지안는데 늦어그랬나하고 다음날갔더니 똑같은 메뉴에 볶음밥있다 날아다니는밥 떼국놈상대해그런지 식권도4일묵는동안 매일받아서줘야한다 룸넘버는필요없다 룸키역시외출했다오면 프런트에서 다시승인받아야열린다 기껏엘베타고갔다 다시내려가야한다엘베도1층눌렸어도 지하로그냥직행한다 아무도없고분명1층을눌렀어도그렇다 너무외곽이고주위에아무것도없다 공사현장에 이상한중국인만다닌다 삼합회숙소인줄알았다 나도운동특기생으로학교다니고 1년에40~50일을 겨울이면 여행하는데 장기팔릴까봐 두려웠다 트립닷컴을통해예약하고다니는데 과연 이곳을답사하고 예약하라올렸는지 담당자가 삥먹고 올려주었는지 심히의심스럽다 지금도트립닷컴이용해서 치앙마이로간다 10만원이상교통비추가에 스트레스받지마세요 의심스러워 확인하러간다면 일단트립닷컴담당자 방문후다녀오시길 수많은숙소중 최악중최악입니다 리뷰도잘쓰지안는데 나와같은피해늘보지않게함입니다 짱개들은 강력추천

酒店很高檔，樓頂還有酒吧會所，環境很好，菜品豐富，味道也是很美味呢。房間很乾凈。大堂也很敞亮
